Prime Arena at the Property Industry Ireland Conference 2026

Prime Arena was glad to be in the room at the Property Industry Ireland Conference 2026, hosted by Ibec. The Prime Arena was represented by Business Project Manager Paula O’Donnell, alongside Laurence Young of CAA ICON, our Owner’s Representative.

The central theme was the PII strategy ‘Delivering More, Together’, built around four supporting pillars. Pillar 01 — communities, cities and towns — fits closely with the Prime Arena vision of creating not just an arena, but a great place to be seven days a week. What we are building is a multi-purpose arena designed to support everything from concerts and international touring acts to conferences, business events and elite sport, while also creating a shared space for community access and participation.

There were interesting interviews and panel discussions, expertly MC’d by Sarah Carey, and it was encouraging to hear about the government’s Accelerating Infrastructure Taskforce. As Minister Jack Chambers highlighted, aligning expertise, investment and innovation is key to unlocking real progress. Great to see the continued work being driven by David Howard and the Property Industry Ireland team at Ibec.
