Lead Architect
Prime Arena is being designed by Populous, a world-leading sports and entertainment architecture practice with more than 40 years of experience and 3,000+ major venues delivered across 34 countries. Their portfolio includes some of the most recognisable venues in the world: ‘The Sphere’ in Las Vegas, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Yankee Stadium, and Climate Pledge Arena.
Owner’s Representative
CAA ICON is acting as owner’s representative for Prime Arena, providing independent oversight across design, cost, and delivery. They coordinate the architects, cost consultants, contractors, and operators involved in the project, with a focus on protecting its long-term commercial value and operational performance. Their portfolio includes major North American venues such as SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, Chase Center, and Climate Pledge Arena.
Project & Cost Manager
Linesight is acting as project and cost manager for Prime Arena, a global consultancy with industry-leading expertise in delivering complex, large-scale venue and infrastructure projects. They provide commercial, cost, and delivery oversight across the arena’s development from planning through to completion.
